No. Setup & Delivery charges are determined once we know your venue location and will be included in our proposal to you. |

Can I use the same arrangement for my ceremony and reception? |

Yes. In most cases accommodating a multiple venue request should not be a problem. Just ask. |

I don’t see what I’m looking for on your website. Can you still create it? |

Yes. The Silk Canopy loves to work with clients who have a vision for something unique. It’s what makes us tick. We are also accustomed to working with non- traditional materials and constructing various props. If you have an idea, just talk to us. |

Can I pick up my own arrangements and save on the delivery and setup charges? |

No. Most of our arrangements require an experienced hand to properly set up and take more time than most people would anticipate. The Silk Canopy insists on setting up every arrangement as part of our commitment to a smooth and positive experience. |

Can I see an actual arrangement sample before making my selection? |

Our website is filled with beautiful and revealing photographs to help you make your decision. However, if you would prefer to see a sample in person, just let us know. We will do our best to show you a full arrangement or a reasonable sample. |

Do your clients ever mix arrangements from multiple collections? |

Yes. Many collections share a similar color palette and could easily be mixed to create a perfect setting. We also encourage our clients to use this strategy as a way of stretching their dollar and maximizing the impact of their table arrangements. |

Do you have a showroom? |

No. All of our interaction with our clients is done via email, home or venue meetings and by phone. Our arrangements are created in a private studio that is not open to the general public. |

The photographs on your website are beautiful. Are fresh flowers shown in any of them? |

No. Everything you see on our website is photographed in house and is of actual Eternal Botanicals and other materials we incorporate into our designs. |
